Santos forward, Neymar Jr, has broken his silence after he was dropped from Brazil’s squad for their upcoming 2026 World Cup qualifiers.
Carlo Ancelotti did not pick the 33-year-old for their matches next month.
According to Ancelotti, Neymar had a “minor problem” that he needed to attend to before playing.
Following these comments, Neymar has posted a picture of himself training in a gym on his Instagram story.
He wrote: “Success comes from desire, determination, and persistence in achieving a goal.
“Even if you don’t reach your target, those who seek and overcome obstacles will, at the very least, do admirable things.”
Brazil have already confirmed their spot at the 2026 World Cup, but they will face Chile on September 5, before travelling to Bolivia five days later.
