NPFL: Kano Pillars will get better with more games — Coach Ogenyi

Kano Pillars technical adviser, Evans Ogenyi has assured that his team will show greater improvement in their matchday two fixture against Wikki Tourists.

The Sai Masu Gida will host Wikki Tourists at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Sunday.

The four-time Nigerian Premier Football League, NPFL, champions suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat to Abia Warriors in their opening fixture of the new season.

Kano Pillars put up a good fight in the keenly contested encounter.

Ogenyi is optimistic his side will show more progress in subsequent games.

“The team is gelling well, and you must bear in mind that there is no perfect team anywhere in the world,” Ogenyi told Kano Pillars media.
