Former Newcastle United goalkeeper, Shaka Hislop, has named two arrogant players at Manchester United.
According to the former West Ham United star, Bruno Fernandes and Harry Maguire were arrogant during the game against the League Two side
The Red Devils fell 12-11 in the penalty shootout after the game ended in a 2-2 draw at full time.
Hislop claimed that the two Manchester United stars seemed arrogant in the match and paid the price.
The hosts took the lead through Carles Verman 22nd minute before Tyrell Warren made it 2-0 eight minutes later.
However, Bryan Mbeumo fired one back in 75th minute and Harry Maguire leveled for the visitors in the 89th to drag the game to penalty shootout.
Hislop told ESPN that Manchester United showed arrogance through Maguire and Fernandes.
“That’s the arrogance about Manchester United here. You will fold, if the opponent Manchester United, gives you a reason to fold. But if they give you a reason to believe, you take it.
“I can’t help that it just smacks of arrogance because these players have to know better than going to lower league opponents and feel that all you need to do is turn up.
“Some of that arrogance came out during the penalty shootout with Maguire and Bruno Fernandes.”
New signings Cunha and Mbeumo were the ones to miss their penalties for United.
