Nigeria striker Josh Maja has expressed his desire to score more goals for West Brom Albion after opening his account for the season.
Maja netted the winner for Albion in their 1-0 victory over Norwich City at Carrow Road on Wednesday.
The forward was handed his first start by manager Ryan Mason since early January.
The former Girondins Bordeaux player suffered an injury early in the year which kept him out of action for the second half of the season.
Maja hopes the goal will be the start of a remarkable spell for him.
“Scoring goals is one of my strengths and I hope to carry on scoring goals and being part of a winning team. I want this to be the start of a spell for me where I score as many goals as possible, which is what any forward wants,” he told the club’s official website.
