Barcelona manager, Hansi Flick, was furious with his players despite their 3-0 win over Mallorca on Saturday.
The Catalans began the defence of their title with an emphatic victory against nine men.
Mallorca saw two players sent off within six first-half minutes, with Barca already leading 2-0.
Flick expected his team to record a bigger scorelines, but they only scored one more through Lamine Yamal in the last minute of stoppage time.
It left Flick unhappy at full time.
He said: “I didn’t like the match.
“These are three important points, but after going 2-0 up, and with the two red cards, I think my team played at 50 per cent.
“That can’t happen. I need to talk to the players about this. You can’t play at 50 per cent against nine players, that’s not what I expect.”
Flick added: “This is not acceptable.”
