Popular media personality Destiny Ezeyim, widely known as Radiogad, has stirred reactions on social media after addressing the reason behind music icon 2Baba’s recent public apology to his wife, Natasha Osawaru, and their seven children.
Earlier, GistLover reported that the legendary singer issued a public apology via a viral video, expressing remorse to Natasha and his children following comments he made during a podcast hosted by Nedu Wazobia. The singer’s statements had sparked controversy and mixed reactions across various platforms.
Weighing in on the matter, Radiogad released a video where he revealed what he claims to be the real motivation behind 2Baba’s apology. According to him, the apology wasn’t voluntary.
Radiogad stated that 2Baba’s wife, Natasha, was angered after watching a video Radiogad made in reaction to the podcast episode. He alleged that when the singer returned home at 2 a.m., Natasha confronted him.
“In fact, when 2Baba got home around 2 a.m., Natasha was already waiting for him at the gate holding a koboko (whip). She told him, ‘You’re disrespecting me. I won’t tolerate what Annie did. You must apologise to Nigerians just like Radiogad did in his video,’” the media personality claimed.
Radiogad went on to question the authenticity of 2Baba’s apology, suggesting that it was made under pressure and not from a place of sincerity.
In the caption accompanying his video, Radiogad wrote:
“2Face apologised to Nigerians because of Radiogad & Natasha, his wife… This is the full story.”
The video has since gone viral, further fueling discussions surrounding 2Baba’s original comments and subsequent apology.
