Kwara United technical adviser, Tunde Sanni, has dismissed reports that his job is under threat.
The Harmony Boys defeated Plateau United 2-1 in a Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, rescheduled matchday five fixture.
Junior Aimufua and Johnmark Aule grabbed the goals for Kwara United in the encounter.
Temitope Vincent netted the consolation for Plateau United.
Sanni praised his players’ resilience and promised to work on lapses noticed in the subsequent games.
“As you can see, I received my full salary, and if anything like that will happen, the announcement will come from our media unit, not outsiders,” he remarked.
Kwara United have garnered eight points from five matches, moving to seventh position on the league table.
They will lock horns with Abia Warriors in their next game on Sunday in Ilorin.
