In a video posted on X on Thursday, the woman, a former worker in the church’s crowd control department, said Muoka’s preaching on marriage left her troubled and ultimately led to the collapse of her home.
According to her, Pastor Muoka declared in a sermon that “if you are second, third or fourth wife, pack your bag and baggage, go back to your father’s house… you are not married.” He reportedly added that only the first marriage is recognized by God, urging men with multiple wives to “remove the second and third one.”
The woman explained that the message had such a strong impact that she left her husband — despite having no issues in the marriage.
> “My former husband did not do me anything. He did not beat me. He did not insult me. But because of the preaching of the pastor, I wanted to make heaven,” she recalled.
She added that her branch pastor at the time supported the decision, assuring her that God would give her another husband. However, years later, she said that promise never materialized.
Frustrated, she expressed regret and blamed Muoka’s sermon for tearing her family apart.
> “Now that your pastor’s first wife and second wife don join their ancestors, tell him to come and marry me, because he is the reason why I left my husband’s house,” she said.
